Three and a half hour meeting

 

A one-time workshop in which we will learn about methods for dyeing fabrics, experimenting with different techniques on cotton and silk. Shibori is a Japanese term that describes a variety of Japanese fabric dyeing methods, by tying, sewing, folding, twisting, shrinking and compressing the fabric, before dipping it in dye, in order to shape it into different shapes and create diverse patterns on the fabric.

Upon completion of the workshop, you can apply the knowledge learned to continue working from home.

The workshop is open to both professional and amateur audiences, no previous knowledge or experience is required.
